I am so awful...I only run if something is chasing me...and then that usually isn't motivation enough. Maybe if I were on fire...

Oh my, I don't think i could run, unless a dog was chasing me or something....but go for it. I have been pressing a little bit harder this week....I am surprised I kept up with the challenge...to tell you the truth. I just wished i HAD A big guy with a huge back telling me, GO GIRL, don't be a sissy...and have him be my personal trainer, now that would be awesome!.
My knees and my breathing don't enjoy the challenge of running! I'll stick to my walking and fun exercising with the Wii. You can run a step or two for me, k?! :D
