Yesterday's run was up North Fork Canyon and it was a true delight. I left my house with my brain bouncing in my skull like the cube on The Office screensaver and returned after-run happy and peaceful. This is the best running path! I can't wait to go back today!

I dragged the whole fam up with me because I didn't know how deserted and freaky it would be, so I couldn't run as long as I wished. This surprised me, because on the website it is described as a road with "a steady climb that requires a bit of muscle and stamina." Woot! I came home proud of myself. (And I think there may have been more bionic tissue forming on the iron lung...) The return run is mostly downhill, which is hard on my shinsplints so I had to run even slower than my usual grandma-shuffle. This is now one of my very favorite running paths; it is so gorgeous. While I'm shuffling, I have God's grandeur all around. I hope to get back this afternoon and go for a longer session! The ward halloween party is at 6pm though; I don't know if that leaves me enough time to get back home and shower, get ready, etc. Should I go as Forrest Gump?

Oh my heck!!! That is one of my VERY FAVORITE openers. I laughed so hard, I had to run to the bathroom...
We do the same thing all the time on our DVD screen saver...so I can totally relate.
I'm sorry your brain felt that way, however..but your run looked like it was very theraputic.
Man, I wish I lived anywhere close, I would be there...in a heartbeat! With bells on...and running shoes...and warm clothes..maybe ear muffs...oh and a light jacket...oh and an ipod.

fabulous running info! yeah i don't do that but your office clip! hilarious! and by the way there were the office note pads and pens in the dollar bins at tar-jay . maybe they have them where you live too.

It's Matthew Macfadyen. I will admit when I first found out who was playing Darcy I thought no way will he be able to pull it off. I hadn't read the books but I knew a bit about Darcy and he didn't look the part. But oh on the big screen YUM! He can walk to me bare chested any day.
Upon further reflection I will admit that Matthey Machotty is only hot as Darcy. Where as Collin
"Hotty" Firth is hot no matter what character he is playing.

No! I did not like Kiera Knightly! Sad, but true b/c I really like her in everything else. Maybe it was due to the directing, not necessarily her ACTING. I hated how she speed-talked everything! It was like she was in an ultra hurry the entire movie to spit out her lines.
And she was way too anorexic to be Lizzie.

That clip was pretty funny. I don't watch many sitcoms .... if it's not on court TV, the food network, or disnay they well, I haven't seen it... thanks for sharing. Looks like a beautiful place, but you will NEVER catch me up at the hour you go running! I HATE mornnings. You enjoy the fresh crips air and I'll just stay snuggled in my blankets! :D
Mom - Ok. Marlboro Man is a hottie--agreed. Mr. Darcy is still cravat-and-greatcoat hot. So there.
