Ok girls. Today is FREE DAY (Body For Life) and I haven't taken one in a good long while so I want to make this one worth it.
What should I indulge in? I want to make it really, really worth it. I can't just go to Cafe Rio and have (gasp!) WHITE flour tortillas instead of WHEAT. I don't like fast food or hamburgers. I need a sinful treat. But where do I find it??? Maybe someone should just make me cheesecake and bring it by. Email me for my address.
Seriously, though.

The Cheesecake Factory just opened in Sandy. I hear the wait is super long, but if you just ordered one to go?
I'll never forget the time Jason and I were walking down the street while out of town together with out our kids. It was dinner time and we passed a big Garidelli ice cream shop. We looked at each other and went in. We had the best Ice cream of our life with all the toppings. We didn't even have dinner we were so full after! I can't tell you what to eat there really are so many guilty pleasures.
Dairy Queen has a wonderful Brownie Earthquake. It's made with brownie on the bottom with vanilla icecream, crushed oreos, warm marshmallow cream, hot fudge and whip cream. Oooh, I need one too!! It's drive thru bliss.
I want to go to the Cheesecake Factory so badly too! I have heard the wait is unbearably long, but you could get an order to go?!
How about some fresh baked apple pie a la mode? I also noticed a sinfully wonderful looking frozen berry pie at Costco, has anyone tried this yet, and is it worth the calories? Best, Jen

Peanut Butter Pie. Grandma's house in WV.
Mine must be chocolate, gooey, warm, layers upon layers of chocolatey heaven with a touch of whipped cream or icecream to even it out.
Ooh, or a half-baked chocolate chip cookie, topped with icecream, smothered in hot fudge, and a dollop of whipped cream to top it off.
