I don't own scales. I go by the 'if your clothes are tight, lose weight' method. Except I shut my ears to that after the birth of my second child and just went out and bought an entire wardrobe of stuff one size bigger.
I may peep at this link with one eye open, one eye closed, slightly slavvering. *nice!*
