Yay! someone whose Menu Plan Monday looks like mine would look if I was ever organized enough to write one out! Don't let my making roast today fool you...it's a rare happening 'round these parts!
I just read some other blogs and your comments just happened to be on them. YOU are funny!
I think I need to give you some incentives to let me be your friend so when I need a good laugh I can get one! So...what's the going rate these days?
Oh, and thanks for letting me be a Snuffy friend! :) What a major DORK I am (well, it is 1:45 am, so maybe there's a reason...)
Oh Cecily, I am laughing so hard that we are both awake (and blogging) at this wee hour in the morning. I CAN'T SLEEP TONIGHT! As for incentives, hmmm...I can't believe you even said that. I'm the nerd who invites herSELF everywhere so I can have friends! It's totally true. Just ask Wendi (inawesomewonder.blogspot).
Your menu plan looks suspiciously like mine. Did you copy me?
Hey ramen noodles are my FAVORITE. What time is dinner?
Sorry you didn't sleep last night either. It finally took reading a really stupid book to get me to drop off at around 3:30 and then 4 hours later I was up with the kiddies getting them ready for school. What the heck is wrong with me?
You can invite yourself to play at my house anytime! :)
P.S. I read Wendi's blog too!
Just what I expect from my gourmet next door! =)
P.S. Will you please post your recipes?
I love it! Especially since I cannot do Menu Plan Monday's because I rarely stick to a recipe or to the foods I plan out for a week. I make a plan, and then decide not to go to that effort so instead, I throw something together last second instead.
Now if that was mine it would say "get your own friggin' cereal". Many nights it's a choice of make your own sandwich, have a bowl of cereal, or make a cheese crisp. They come home asking if they can have a friend over for dinner - my answer "Do you see any dinner here?" Sad, but too often true.
I'm teaching them self-sufficiency, right?
I love the ramen plan, I'm the same! Especially when the kids daddy is out of town!
my kind of menu plan!
Hee hee, this made me laugh. Glad I'm not the only one!
Hey my email is mysuncrest@yahoo.com
HEHEHAHAHAHAHRHRHHEHEHEHAR! I'd have a few kids that went hungry on the "missionary" meal week! Crystal, you always put a smile on my face.
LOL & dido
